Taxco, a Silver Mining Town Southwest
of Mexico City (19-20 Dec)
Taxco is an old silver mining town in the state of Guerrero, clinging to the side of the Sierra Madre. Like San Miguel de Allende, the town's colonial heritage is protected by the Mexican government.
Its unique geological situation affords fabulous views from virtually any angle.
