Grutas de Cacahuamilpa,
Caverns Near Taxco (20 Dec 99)
The Cacahuamilpa Caverns near Taxco extend into the Sierra Madre for two explored kilometers, with many more unexplored kilometers closed to the public.
Deep below these caverns there's a subterranean river running through much larger caverns, ranging approximately ten kilometers in length. However, these caverns are unimproved & require specialized spelunking & diving equipment to explore with.
