Nicole & Victor's Home in Queretaro

Nicole & Victors Home is just outside of Queretaro, in the state by the same name. They graciously hosted a late lunch, serving some delicious Rajas in cream, whose premature expiration nearly resulted in a food riot. We'll, that's how I saw it...
