Trip to Italy Rome; Coliseum (04-24-04) |
Continuing with shared cabs, Cindy, Patricia, Ron, & I headed for the coliseum. We managed to spend about an hour touring it before we noticed no one was left inside but us! The Structure is impressively large & held in the vicinity of 50 thousand. It was completed a year after Pompeii's destruction.
