Thunderboats in San Diego

Thunderboats are new to us, in spite of this event having been held in San Diego far longer than we've lived here! We joined Jeff & Cindy in taking the motorhomes out to Fiesta Island & camping out for the three day event. With the premier class of boats running in excess of 190 MPH & motorhomes spaced at 12 foot intervals, this turned out to be a three-day tailgate party with the main event brought right to your camp spot!
