| The month of May meant back to back 500s for me!! Cindy & I headed south to catch the Baja 500. Friday we headed to the usual contingency in Ensenada, followed by a cross-peninsula drive to investigate photo-op spots, and capped off by an evening out in a ghost-town like San Felipe. Saturday we picked a spot at race mile 116. It was a hot but breezy day, but the wind kept the dust off the course & helped us from being overwhelmed from an all day stay with 90+ temperatures. | ||||||||||
