Returning Home Seeing Friends (09-18-24) |

On our way home, we first made a short stop in Lusby to say goodbye to the kids & grandkids. Then
visited Darrel & Julie in Virginia, followed by John & Jana in North Carolina. Unfortunately,
our last stop
with Joel & Susan in South Carolina had to be cut
short when hurricane Helene threatened to cut us off. We hightailed it
west & managed to squeak
by her before she made
landfall. Sadly, the mess she made is now part
of history! Hope to be back
sometime soon & finish our visits... |
