Silverton & Durango, Colorado (09-11-26)
While in the area, we took a side trip with Kent & Eileen to Silverton and Durango, Colorado. Silverton is nestled in a little valley surrounded by mountains that adds to it's visual charm. Both towns are tied by the railroad between them. Now, the railway primarily caters to the tourist industry, but neither town has lost their appeal!
